Training Studio for Rent

Condition For Life is happy to offer studio lease options to select personal trainers and small group instructors. Lease options include a per-hour rate and a flat monthly fee. Lease Rates
Condition For Life offers two options for fitness professionals to lease the studio, either on a per-hour basis or a flat monthly fee. Details regarding the two options are listed below:
Studio Lease / Per-Hour Basis
- Hours are pre-purchased in sets of 10 or 20 one hour units
- Rates are $200/10 and $325/20
- Lease packages expire 90 days from purchase
- Instructors / Trainers must obtain / maintain individual liability insurance, appropriate certifications and CPR certification
Studio Lease / Flat Monthly Rate
- Flat rate lease, paid monthly (on the 25th of the month prior)
- Lease is per month.
- Instructors / Trainers must obtain / maintain individual liability insurance, appropriate certifications and CPR certification

Certifications include: NASM, ACSM, CSCS, NSCA-CPT, NCCA (Accredited Certification)
Office Share Option
This option is intended for professional providers such as a Physical Therapist, Chiropractor, or Physician who are looking for an independent work space and wanting to avoid equipment investment cost. The office is currently utilized on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. However, space share is available during those times. During off days the entire clinic is available. There is a 10’ x 15’ room available off the back Training Room that includes an EarthLite auto-lift table and various furniture. The front desk includes QuickCharts/DB Consultants EHR/PM software. Lease options can be discussed.
