Condition For Life focuses on chiropractic, rehabilitation and functional retraining. The position of chiropractic assistant is a key position in the clinic and affects interactions with patients, patient flow and sets the atmosphere of the clinic. You would be the “point of first contact” for the office, so personality and cognitive skills are important; communication needs to be clear, encouraging, with empathy while, at the same time, concise and to the point, respecting office priorities.

This position requires knowledge of office activities such as collecting fees, filing systems, scheduling, data entry, computer skills with applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel, HIPAA privacy policies as well as the insurance billing process. Also, this position requires a female because of the nature of the clinic. It is a small clinic, just me and this position. For the sake of sensitivity of the female patients, it is important to have this position filled by a female. 

This is an hourly part time position, initially Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Beginning before 8:30 am and continuing until the clinic closes around 5:30, with a break for lunch. Some days may be shorter depending on workload.
